Updated Observatory Guidelines Text Size
Dear Paul,
I found that it wasn't as hard as I expected to change around the text on the Observatory Guidelines. I sent you a copy of the revisions I made via e-mail. Now the instructions are in type that's small, like the rest of the document, but at least legible.
