Request to Track Observer Pass Payments

Dear Paul, I just sent out an updated list of Observers Passes for 2026. Dean M. then wrote asking why he wasn't on the list. I checked the records for May on PayPal, and it looks like he must have paid in some other way. Would you please check and see if he or anyone else purchased an Observers Pass using a credit card or a check, and if so, let me know? Going forward, I'd like to be notified when someone buys an Observers Pass via check or credit card. It's not strictly necessary for me to update the board members as to who has the Observers Passes, but I think it's helpful, since they are probably the most frequent users of the observatory site. --Marianne
