Clarify Public Night Sign‑Up Process

Dear Paul, I'm confused about the sign-up method for the public night. In the past we've always asked people to register first to receive a link, in an effort to prevent spamming. They received the actual connection link on the day of the event. Are we still doing this, or are we now bypassing the registration step? It looks like there are two links to click on in the website announcement, but it doesn't say which one to choose. Please let me know what to write in the announcement I send to members. Steve and Debbie need to know also, for their press release. --Marianne

Yes, right now until I get clarification, I'm allowing public events to be shown to the public. I am custom coding a "RSVP/Atendee" Module that will allow users to RSVP to public events with their email and automatically get a Zoom Link. But I don't have access to the ORAS Zoom account. I coded a automated Zoom system but without access to the ORAS zoom account, I can't do much else.
